Ruben loves to use music as a tool to change state of mind and push further than what you think you can go (much further!). With 20 years experience in the fitness industry Ruben has had the privilege working around the world, helping thousands of people build strength, fitness and confidence. Establishing @Ruben’s Health and Fitness in 2014 you’ll find Ruben on a Spin bike, in an SFX class or at a park running around with his family.

Sandy believes that it’s never too late to make a change. She loves to motivate, connect and encourage others to make exercise a part of life, no matter what stage of life. Sandy’s love of Pilates has set the foundations for her fitness career helping her client’s feel empowered to become stronger and more confident both mentally and physically. As a mum of a very active toddler, Sandy knows how hard it can be to juggle it all and inspires her clients to give the gift of health to themselves first which will allow them to give so much more to their personal life and families.

Combining 14 years of training and 8 years of personal training experience, Lachlan has developed a system of prescribing training techniques and encouraging clients to teach others about a holistic approach to fitness. Training with Lachie you’ll develop confidence and an understanding of weaknesses, body movement and biomechanics. In turn allowing you to have a better mental approach to movement, strength and function. Lachlan believes transforming weaknesses into strength and improvements in mobility will keep you injury free. He takes great excitement in showing people the amazing movements they can perform that they never thought was possible.

Silas’ energy and attitude comes from his time as a professional sportsperson. With Junior Waratahs, Sydney University’s Elite Athlete Program and Capital Roma, Silas has dedicated the first stage of his career to Rugby Union.

In Fitness he has a contagious energy and spirit that will keep you moving and aspiring to be the best you can be.
